- Prongs, clasps, and closures under normal wear
- Solder joints and assembly craftsmanship
- Manufacturing defects
Complimentary Services
- One complimentary ring resizing
- Annual professional cleaning & inspection
- Prong tightening (when needed during inspection)
- Polishing and refinishing (light wear)
Exclusions
- Lost or stolen items
- Lost or damaged center stones
- Damage from impact, misuse, or improper care
- Normal wear over time
- Repairs or alterations performed by third parties
Third-Party Work Policy
Any work performed on an Adam Pearl piece by a third party will void Lifetime Assurance coverage.
We are still happy to service the piece going forward; however, future work will be quoted accordingly.
