We are pleased to offer secure and expedited delivery for all orders within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. Please note that Adam Pearl does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels to ensure the utmost security of your purchase.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of your order:

Shipping Details

• Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays unless otherwise arranged. For Saturday delivery options, please contact our Concierge Team at Concierege@adampearlco.com for availability and additional charges.

• All packages are shipped with FedEx Priority Overnight for expedited delivery and are fully insured for your peace of mind.

• An adult signature is required upon delivery, ensuring your purchase is received securely.

 

Order Processing

• Please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing before shipment. Once processed, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and tracking details.

 

Package Contents

Each delivery package will include:

1. Product Accessories (if applicable).

2. A Product User Guide and the Warranty Card/Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable).

3. A personalized gift note, if requested during checkout.

4. A packing slip without pricing details, ensuring discretion.

Invoices

• Invoices will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email provided at checkout. If needed, you can request an additional invoice by contacting our Concierge Team.

• For security purposes, Adam Pearl may require proper identification before issuing certain documentation.

Responsibility and Security

• Adam Pearl ensures your purchase is fully protected during transit until it is signed for at the delivery location. Once signed, responsibility for the purchase transfers to the recipient.

• If the package is delivered to a recipient other than yourself (e.g., a gift), the same responsibility transfer applies upon the recipient’s signature.
