Returns & Exchanges

At Adam Pearl, each piece is crafted and presented with the utmost care. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

 

Eligibility for Return

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Condition: Pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, certificates, and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom, engraved, resized, or personalized pieces
    • Special orders or made-to-order items
    • Final sale merchandise

Adam Pearl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

 

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for processing.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

 

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within the 14-day period for a piece of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be settled at the time of exchange.

You will receive a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

All returns must be shipped via insured and trackable service, as Adam Pearl is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we may arrange repair or replacement.



International Orders

For international returns, duties, taxes, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
